After much anticipation, we are finally up and blogging!

Hello everyone!  We finally got our blog up and going so everyone can keep tabs on us and see what kind of mishaps, I mean what kind of adventures we are having while on the road. I will be keeping pictures updated and stories of where we've been and what we have seen while traveling.  

For those of your who don't know, we decided to take a little road trip while we had the time. We don't know how long we will be gone or where we are going, but all we know is that we are destined for fun. We would like to travel on the East coast before it gets too cold (Meaning below 70 in the afternoons, which we are already seeing) and then head West after that. We are not sure what kind of time frame we have, but we will be back in Tampa for Christmas time. 

Right now, we are in Joe and Jan's 1987, 33' RV. We are also towing our 1994 Ford F150 along. We've replaced the carpet flooring in the RV with laminate that we removed from our house in Tampa and made some minor upgrades to the bed in the back (We used our queen pillowtop mattress to replace the two twin beds that were pushed together.). We've also spent a lot of time restoring the F150 so it would be towable and driveable for this trip (with a lot of help from Paul Rogers also).
